Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! Wings Of a Butterfly ******************** In ten directions, clouds cover the sky like a canopy. Through the dark clouds lightning flashes and I am terrified. My bed is empty and my eyes are sleepless. My Lover has gone far away to distant lands. O mother, I have received no messages. When my Beloved used to go out, even if nearby, word would be sent to me. How could I forget my dear Beloved, the Giver of peace and all virtues? Climbing onto the roof, searching for my Lover, my eyes are full of tears. The wall of self-centredness and pride separates us, But now I can hear my Lover nearby. …

Winners V Losers The Winner is always part of the answer; The Loser is always part of the problem. The Winner always has a program; The Loser always has an excuse. The Winner says, "Let me do it for you"; The Loser says, "That is not my job." The Winner sees an answer for every problem; The Loser sees a problem for every answer. The Winner says, "It may be difficult but it is possible"; The Loser says, "It may be possible but it is too difficult." When a Winner makes a mistake, he says, "I was wrong"; When a Loser makes a mistake, he says, "It wasn't my fault." A Winner makes commitments; A Loser makes promises. Winners have dreams; Losers h…

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Does anyone know where the following lines are from, and are they written in Gurmukhi on any website? "BINA SHASTR KAYSANG NARANG BHAYDD JAANO GAHAI KAAN THAA(N) KO KITHAI LAI SIDHAANO" Without shastar and kes, we are sheep who can be dragged anywhere from their ear "EHO MOR AAGYAA SUNO HAE PIAARAE BINA THAYG KAYSANG DEVO NA DEEDAARAE" Listen to this command of mine, without hair and weapons, I will not bestow my darshan upon you. Thanks!

Sri Dasam Granth Sahib's bani if full of bir rass and fierce war scenes but it also contains highly educational lessions of spirituality. At the end of 'Chaubis Avatar' compostion, Guru Sahib tells us that without worshipping the ONE Akaal Purakh, a person will suffer immensely and finally die the death of a dog. http://www.sridasam....ion=Page&p=1194 ਬਿਨ ਏਕ ਦੂਸਰ ਨਾਹਿ ॥ There is not one other in all colours and forms except one God; he, who has not recognized that one Lord, he wasted his birth.4. ਬਿਨ ਏਕ ਦੂਸਰ ਨ ਔਰ ॥ ਜਲ ਬਾ…

WJKK WJKF, Guru Gobind Singh Ji started the tradition that whenever one 'Singh' meets another 'Singh', he/she should say Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Wahguru Ji Ki Fateh. Sat Sri Akal instead of Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Wahguru Ji Ki Fateh is inappropriate and against tradition. When 2 Sikhs meet and utter Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Wahguru Ji Ki Fateh, they say the word 'Waheguru' 4 times. The proclamation of Guru Gobind Singh Ji regarding this way of greeting another, has been described by Bhai Mani Singh in Bhagat Ratanaawali as follows; "My face is towards those who pronounce "Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh" to the Sikhs; my right shoulder is towards those who respond in like manner …

wjkk wjkf daas always think what was the fateh before vaisakhi 1699.... when sings used to meet each other, did thay say "sat shri akal" or "sat kartaar" or "dhan nirankar" or "something else...?" also, when dasam pita ji has given us "waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh" then why it looks like "sat shri akal" has overtaken "waheguru ji ka khalsa wagheguru ji ki fateh" ppls dont feel shy in saying "sat shri akal" but they feel shy in saying "waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh" any idea or polite views??? thanks wjkk wjkf

Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki Fateh Going through the forums alot of the Khalsa here shorten Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki Fateh to wjkkwjkf! which i don't understand? its like using text talk. Is it really going to hurt to type in full? they could write a page long topic in perfect english but start with wjkkwjkf? you don't greet other Khalsa in the street by saying W J K K W J K F so why use it anywhere else whether it be emails or internet forums. Could someone please explain the reasoning behind this, is it to save a few precious seconds? or cant be bothered to type in full? i await your replies Wahehguru Ji Ka Khalsa WahehGuru Ji Ki fateh
