So during amritvela last night I started my naam simran and about 30 mins into I could feel a pull in the middle of forehead. Then all of sudden I start spinning like the conscious in my head is spinning. And I'm still repeating vaheguru, it felt very good and very uplifting but my question is.. is this normal and does this mean I'm progressing ?

Vjkk, Vjkf Das would like to ask how to control spiritual ego thoughts? Das hates these thoughts and would never say them but they keep coming back over and over again when Das tries to read Gurbani. Before somebody said that these thoughts are filth being washed but I no in sukhmani sahib it says that those who have spiritual ego are reincarnated over and over again but since hearing this I keep getting these spiritual ego thoughts. I don't mean them, hate them.

Can someone share some personal Spiritual experiences or unusual things or feelings when doing simran, path , kirtan or just in general. I need the motivation as I am getting lazier with my amrit vela, also how do I know I am losing my sins and filth since I have plenty. Sometimes my forehead itches in the middle relatively, and I had a strong sensation that I was about to have darshan of Vageguru/God/Guru ji but then nothing happened. Very sad and doscouraged. Also my mouth goes numb sometimes during simran and I hear ringing pulsing and staticy sounds? please help and thank you

Would anyone please share some spiritual experiences. I need some motivation to know if I am on the right track. Also I had an itching on my forehead and had a sensation of almost meeting vaheguru, sadly nothing happened. Also I can hear ringing sounds in ears often times at day and night. PLease and thank you.

Spot Under My Dastar Won't Go Away

Hi all, I am 23 years old, and last September I stopped cutting my hair and and started to wear a Dastar. Around a month ago a spot appeared on my forehead, as I wear my Dastar every day it hasn't healed properly and every time I remove my Dastar the spot looks flattened, red and is very sore to the touch. Over the past 2/3 weeks the spot as appeared to heal, then another one appeared alongside it and it has become uncomfortable during the day and very painful. I have used various spot ointments, bio-oil, sudocrem etc to try and help it heal and now put a plaster on over it prior to tying my dastar, but it hasn't gone away. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -
