Mine was kind of similar, it happened about on the 28th December last year watched a video which erm Harbhajan singh Yogi was speaking and katha which I vaguely remember but I think it was Sukha Singh, after it I was soo touched i stopped eating meat and eggs...haven't touched them since sooo nearly a year since :D

was told by a singh, thats the singhs needed ammunition for the guns, the dogras were taking ages to send the ammunition, they sent boxes to the singhs, they opened them and it was just gunpowder no shells. and also the dogras sent the army to places and told the british that they are sending the troops there and to kill them.

just to let you know, there were only two wars, also I think in one or two battles singhs had more men or they had more artillery. singhs put up a big fight, dogras screwed them over in the last battle in the 1st war, because the army could not retreat because the river was behind them, they could either be killed by british forces or drown trying to get to the other side of the river, while tej singh fled in his own boat.

whats so shocking about.. when our own right wing sikhs with certain mindset think the same way about sikh dharam being true religion, all others are false? i agree with the above poster. all religions lead to one god, just different paths to get there..... thats nice

this is off topic but its similar lol today at college, i eavesdropped on a conversation by four muslims and a hindu girl, the hindu said stuff about hinduism was kind of weird as she said hinduism believes in one god which i was like :| then she said the idols are forms of gods and the pictures such as chandi and ganesh are not the real forms of them just peoples imaginations of what they would be like to them, the four muslims said '' islam is the only true religion'' all the religions that come after it dont come in the picture for example Sikhism, and they got many things wrong about sikhism such as the guru granth sahib is called guru gobind singh they said which i corrected them on and also guru gobind singh the apparent ''sikh holy book'' to them is the god which i was shocked as they have been taught RE......anyway just wanted to share this as i was shocked when the muslim guy was saying that.........
