  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmD5cojrjnI regarding : This from above video poster: Dal Khalsa & all Panthic Sikh Organisations in the past which have supported Babbu Maan for his good work in support of Sikh Rights,Panjab & our Shaheeds demand an explanation from Babbu Maan for his shocking betrayal & support of the Gurkirat Kotli.Gurkirat Kotli a member of the Anti Sikh Congress Party & Grandson of Beant ''Singh'' Ex Chief Minister Of Panjab who was a genocidal mainiac responsible for wiping out an entire generation of Sikhs.Beant'a was blown up to bits by Sikh Freedom Fighters namely Shaheed Bhai Dilavar Singh Ji other Sikhs who helped to eliminate this evil man such as Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara,Bhai Paramjit Singh Bheora,Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana are today in Indian Jails...These are Heroes of the Sikh Nation which even Babbu Maan has sung about in his songs...So it seems ironic he would now go & praise those killers who namely Beant ''Singh'' & his Grandson a known rapist. Not only this they are both members of the Congress Party, which was responsible for the 1984 Sikh Genocide by Hindutva Forces..The Founder of the Congress Party was Mohandas Gandhi & Babbu Maan has on various occasions spoken out against Gandhis anti Panjab & Anti Sikh Policy in his songs....Has he turned his back on all his good work now by siding with the enemies of the Sikh Nation??????????? Ironically Babbu Mann released a short track before the Panjab Elections which can be seen here ,but as you can see from the newspaper picture he himself is doing what he talks about in the song. The hearts of the Sikh Nation which opened up its hearts to Babbu Maan today stand broken & us of yet we have no explanation for his actions.Sadly it seems he has turned his back what he stood for & has began loosing the respect of the Sikh Nation forever.
  2. Turmeric is a golden-yellow spice originally from India. It is one of my favorite all-time, multi-talented remedies for many different ailments. It can be used as an anti-inflammatory for people suffering from arthritis, joint pain, and muscle pain. It also aids in digestion, works as an anti-parasitic, and anti-bacterial. http://www.mrsikhnet.com/2012/01/06/the-healing-power-of-turmeric-how-to-make... When I've had a hard work-out and am feeling pain in joints and muscles, I take a couple of capsules of turmeric or make some 'Golden Milk' and take a few tablets of Calcium with Magnesium. Invariably, I wake up the next morning pain-free. I love being able to give this to my patients because it's highly effective and cheap. Turmeric recipe Take 1/4 cup turmeric powder, mix with 1/2 cup pure water and simmer over medium-high heat for at least 7 minutes, stirring constantly. You will notice a thick paste form. If it get's too dry while cooking you can add addional water. Once cooled, put into a glass jar and put in fridge. This is good for up to one month. Golden Milk: Add 1 tsp. to 1 cup. hot milk (cow, goat, soy, rice, almond, or any combination), maple syrup or honey to taste and 1/2 tsp. of almond or sesame oil. Gently heat and stir.

The same complaint should be made to both of these organisations - lets fill up their mail bags with new and older concerns. I can tell you this for nothing once the complaint stats start going through the roof it wont be worth their while to keep defending such clumsy and arrogant shows. 17. Protests in Maharashtra after Pawar slapped by Sikh youth By SHAHID RAZA BURNEY Published: Nov 24, 2011 23:44 Updated: Nov 24, 2011 23:44 MUMBAI: There were large-scale protests throughout Maharashtra by Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) activists on Thursday late evening after NCP President and Federal Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar was slapped by Harvinder Singh, a young Sikh transporter, when Pawar had gone to attend a literary function in New Delhi. Singh had earlier assaulted former telecom minister Sukhram outside Rohoni court on Saturday after the minister was sentenced in a corruption case. Singh shouted at Pawar saying he was angry and frustrated with scams, corruption and price hike. The incident sparked violent protests throughout Maharashtra with NCP workers setting vehicles on fire and pelting shops with stones. Schools and colleges were closed and shops pulled down their shutters. NCP activists blockaded roads in Solapur and Nashik district to protest the attack on Pawar. In Nashik district, NCP workers disrupted vehicular traffic at Trimbak Road and Kalwan, while in Navi Mumbai, the agro produce market was closed. In Baramati town in Pune district, the hometown of Pawar, traders closed their shops and businesses. NCP workers also held protests in Mulund and Worli suburbs of Mumbai. Police arrested some NCP workers in Mulund on charges of trying to disturb law and order. Sudhir Mungantiwar, the Maharashtra state president of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) condemning the attack on Pawar described it as a cowardly act. Eknath Khadse, the Leader of the opposition in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, denouncing the attack on Pawar said that in democracy such attacks are condemnable and that one can protest using only non-violent means. In the evening, Pawar appealed to the NCP workers in Maharashtra to observe restraint and not to indulge in violence. He said he did not want to react to the incident. However, the NCP had called for total shutdown in Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Navi Mumbai, Solapur, Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Jalgaon and some other cities on Friday. http://arabnews.com/...ticle538204.ece Sharad Pawar slapped in Delhi, protests across Maharashtra http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/mumbai/Sharad-Pawar-slapped-Protests-across-Maharashtra/articleshow/10862445.cms MUMBAI: Protests erupted across Maharashtra after the attack on Union agriculture minister Sharad Pawar in Delhi. The Nationalist Congress Party has called for a bandh in Pune, Sangli and Beed districts on Friday to protest against the assault on its chief. "We have asked those who love Pawar saheb to observe the bandh. We won't compel anyone," party member Mohansingh Rajpal said. "The bandh will be peaceful," Pune city NCP chief Vandana Chavan said. The bandh call has also been given in Beed and Sangli districts by local NCP functionaries. As news spread about the assault on Pawar, who was slapped by a Sikh youth claiming to protest against price rise and corruption, NCP activists took to the streets in large numbers to express their anger and denounce the attack on their 71-year-old party president. Protesters held demonstrations on roads in Mumbai, resulting in traffic snarls at several places. Suburban rail services were also disrupted for a few minutes after NCP workers squatted on the tracks at Masjid Bunder and Kurla stations. They were quickly dispersed and train services were restored, said rail police. NCP workers forced shop-owners to down their shutters in Mumbai surburban areas like Sion, Dadar, Worli, Antop Hill, Shivaji Park and Kandivali. Mumbai police said several NCP workers were rounded up to control the situation. They were let go once the situation was under control. In adjoining Navi Mumbai, the agro produce market closed in protest. Meanwhile, all political parties joined hands to criticize the incident, including PM Manmohan Singh. "PM regrets the increasing tendency to take recourse to violent means to express disagreement," said a PMO statement. West Bengal CM and ally Mamata Banerjee said, "People may want to protest against anything but this is no way to express their grievances. This is absolutely condemnable." Times View In democracy, there are many legitimate forms of protest. Venting anger through violence is not one of them. The rise of vigilanteism is a dangerous trend for India and cannot be justified in any way. There have been several such attacks in the recent past. It's time to take strict action against offenders to deter others from seeking a day's cheap publicity.

  20. http://www.sikhvision.tv With the grace of the True Guru and under the guidance of the eternal Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, we are delighted to announce the launch of a television station – sikh vision.tv We feel that many of the issues Sikhs face today around the world are not being actively resolved and will continue to spiral out of control unless steps are taken now to resolve them. Sikh Vision.TV will aim to encourage unity and positivity amongst Sikhs so that we can tackle these issues together as one nation. As todays modern and western society continues to increase pressure on our youth, more and more Sikhs are giving up their identity and taking up consumption of alcohol, tobacco and other intoxicants. SikhVision.TV will aim to educate and help our young generation to understand their faith in their language and offer soultions and guidance to the issues that affect them. SikhVision.TV will give generations of Sikhs a platform to reach out and speak out on matters they feel strongly about. This will be a community television channel and we invite all Sikhs to get involved regardless of their age or gender. We hereby humbly invite all Sikhs to offer their support and blessings for this project and participate by offering their ideas, opinion, comments and suggestions to make this endeavour a resounding success for the present and the future.
