Ghoor Beadbi of SGGS in ELK GROVE GAY Wedding
Kaurr replied to singhdalbir's topic in WHAT'S HAPPENING?
So basically gay marriage AND chairs whilst in maharaj's hajoori? This so called marriage doesn't count. It's between a male and a female. How are they going to do the part where the father of the daughter gives the palla to the son? What is wrong with these people? -
UK Sikhs giving their children western names
Kaurr replied to ChardikalaUK's topic in WHAT'S HAPPENING?
I perfer Punjabi's giving their kids names like 'Simon' or 'Michael' than something like 'Angelpreet' or 'Heavendeep' or even 'Jessicapreet'. -
You could still run sikhsangat but have a person from the younger generation as well running it. That way you have control as well and make sure it still runs as well.

Dilruba is one of the most beautiful sounding saaj. It's really hard to learn to play. It took me a good couple of weeks until I could make a decent sound out of it. It takes months to be able to play properly. And your back and finger get very sore afer a while when you first start.

This is what I found off the internet https://www.carewellurgentcare.com/2018/07/19/the-effects-too-much-screen-time-has-on-your-health/#:~:text=Cognitive imaging studies have found, lead less efficient information processing.&text=Studies have indicated that spending, and increases your mortality risk. More screen time = more weight As little as two hours of TV a day can increase the risk of weight gain, diabetes, and heart disease in adults. There are likely several factors to blame, including a sedentary lifestyle, less sleep, and generally bad eating habits when engrossed into a screen. Vision issues Looking at a screen for extended periods of time can cause “computer vision syndrome.” The symptoms: strained, dry eyes, blurred vision, and headaches. Chronic neck and back pain Poor posture when using screens combined with can cause chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain. Poor sleep Studies link heavy computer and smartphone use to increased sleeping issues. The blue light from digital devices suppresses the sleep-promoting hormone melatonin, keeping us from having restful sleep. Impaired cognitive function Cognitive imaging studies have found that spending too much screen time will lead less efficient information processing. You’re likely to die earlier Studies have indicated that spending significant time with screens — whether it’s a TV, computer or tablet, lowers your cardiovascular health and increases your mortality risk.

It should But if today's separate state happen, will the idiots we have today let panj pyare lead it?.................

This could either be the best thing that happen to punjabi- cause punjab has a lot of poterntial, or the worst- people vote for the same idiots and it just becomes a living hell with no power. Right now, with the people's mentalities, its leaning towards the worst.
