  1. Whatever you wish to do in life takes commitment and sacrifice of time. If your worried about spending time learning, then why are you even a Sikh? Obtaining knowledge through years of study should appeal to everyone, if the Gurus were such esteemed intellectuals, why should their Sikhs be content in being uneducated?
  2. The assasain Gul Khan was a decendant of Painde Khan, who was killed by Guru Hargobind Sahib.
  3. I recommend Darshan Singhs, its not on Rookery Road, its a road off Rookery Road, opposite the Farcroft Pub.
  4. I believe Nihang Tej Singh on Facebook is not the same as Nihang Teja Singh the webmaster of shastarvidiya.
  5. You first need to get your hands on a Slotar and Sanera.
  6. Just to clear up any confusion and to stop the paap of nindiya falling upon the heads of various individuals, the book by Niddar Singh traces back the history of Hazoor Sahib, what made the Guru go to Nanded, the people they met, the passing of Guruship to Aad Guru Granth Sahib, the passing of Akali Guru Gobind Singh, the establishment of the Takht and the people involved. The final chapter focusses on the destruction of heritage that has taken place in the last two years at Sachkhand Sri Hazoor Sahib, buildings being knocked down to make way for hotels, the homes of local sangat whos routine was to go to the Takht every morning and evening to listen to kirtan and nitnem from the times they were children have been knocked down and people have been kicked out of their homes. Money has been swindled by these so called developers also. These facts have been stated with named involved. Jathedhar Kulwant Singhs name appears ONCE in the book, a small caption under his picture near the end pages of the volume, a quote by a local resident is given, stating that Jathedhar Kulwant Singh lacks the fighting spirit to stop the destruction of heritage that has taken place. So, people have been pulled out of their houses by their kesh, thousands of crores of the gurus golak have been eaten by greedy individuals, old buildings whch surround the takht have been knocked down for money making hotels, and people want to make a fuss about someone being accused of having a lack of fightin sprit. If the Jathedhar of the Takht lets this happen under his nose, then someone please explain what it is?
  7. Maybe what is written in his book should be discussed. What were the remarks that were in the book against Jatherdar Kulwant Singh?
  8. Someone with the integrity to do what is right (truth / dharam), the strength to make their presence known and a strategic mindset to think on their feet and act without fear of physical harm. Knowing how to fight is one thing, being able to use it to protect yourself and others is another. Allot of people in their ego use their fighting ability (or false sense of warrior spirit) to intimidate or threaten others, true warriors avoid conflict and only fight when there is no other option. In Sikhi philosopy, first comes Shaastar (knowledge and bachan), and if that fails Shastar (weapons) are drawn.
  9. No need to put oil on after you have a shower, put some oil on before you shower and then wash it off during your shower. In the same way, put oil on your kesh b4 you shower and leave in for 30 to 60 mins, and then wash off. Your kesh will be softer and will not be oily at all.
  10. Oogardanti and its translation can be read on: <Anti-Sikh Website. Link not allowed>
  11. I have it recorded, and will try to put it online within next few days.
  12. Here we have pictures of Niddar Singh running away from these soormas. lol I see no students around Niddar Singh trying to protect him, I see no tulwars in the hands of this crew, I dont see Niddar Singh running away anywhere. Instead we see one baba going into smadhi after he see's hes being photographed, another attempts to read a paper, and one thinks that by covering his mouth no one will be able to recognise him. lol (mod note: images removed)
  13. When this story of Sarpanch and his boys visited the akhara first came up, Sarpanch said "i dont even know what niddar looks like, i looked through the curtain and didnt see him", and now hes acting like he challenged the whole akhara. This whole new story about the students surrounding Niddar Singh is also an addition to the story, I can post pictures of the day and there are no students around niddar singh, just these ak47 boys standing infront of a lone niddar singh. I doubt anyone is "shook" by them, they are a bunch of no muscle children. If you want to proove yourselfs, step to the akhara and make a challenge, join the class instead of sitting down on the benches and hiding behind an issue of Des Pardes.
  14. I have a couple of thousand pounds worth of shastar, i have a tulwar which is worth more then my car
  15. the xbox360 is fantastic, and has the best online gaming on any of the consoles.
  16. The poppy seeds in India have some nasha in them, the ones you get in England (East End packaged) are so refined and cleaned they will not affect you in any way. These are normally put into food to thicken them up. The reason why milk is not used is because it is heavy and fattening, adding it to the rich badaams and sugar will make the Shardai even more richer and thicker to drink. Shardai is normally taken before excercising, the badaams have slow release of energy, the kali mirch helps with digestion and the lechi cools the body down. Without the excercise and bal, drinking too much shardai will give you the runs. The Sher Kaan is the cloth in which you "Shaan" the Nugda into, removing the husk of the ingredients and extracting the drink in its purity, a desi seive.
  17. I was going to appeal against mine, but if they deny the appeal they automatically raise the fine to £120. Cant be bothered with the hassle and will just pay it at the end of the week. It seems this country runs on the taxes imposed on car drivers.
  18. Shardai does not have milk in it either, nor have I ever seen it made with sonf, two key ingredients are also missing from the above, sugar and lechi. Why is there no mention of a Sher Kaan either?
  19. Funny how sunny has written against Nihang Niddar Singh, and also has the audacity to lift passages from his website and put it into his "article". How he can say that Niddar Singh is a "non bana wearing nihang" is ridiculous, Ive never seen him out of bana and ive known him for years. Tell me sunny, how many times have you met Niddar Singh to claim that?
  20. Dam, I was expecting to be sworn at and called names. Sarpanch you held yourself back, well done!
  21. I never knew it was a crime to read topics on a discussion forum.
