  1. Everything that needs to be said has already been said. Other than that I think UK Singhs should "deal" with these "Sikhs" who are showing their face at these demos, regardless of which side they are on. All it takes is one or two low IQ idiots with too much time on their hands and the whole community is portrayed in a bad light. This is not our business.
  2. Surprisingly nobody wanted to touch this thread with a 10 foot pole. We have another Singh coming here and calling it a conspiracy. Lagda sachiyan galan sun kay aag lagdi, kanan de vich roon pon nu ferday. I will tell you a story that was shared with me. Back in the days ISYF was going door to door collecting money for the cause. My dad donated $500. But guess what? He received a phone call a little while later from the leader (not going to name anyone) of a particular faction saying to cancel the check because it fell into the hands of another faction of the ISYF. This Singho was the ground realities of this organization. Maybe not the entire organization was like this, but all it takes is a few bad apples in a position of power.
  3. Akali Dal Badal headed by Parkash Chand Badal, and Congress, two sides of the same coin.
  4. One thing is for sure.. Sant Baba Ji never minced his words. How can anyone say Sant Bhindranwale Ji would recommend otherwise when he clearly states how to deal with dushts like Ghagga. I think he got off light. Pappi de thon de vich goli marni chidi si.
  5. Well said. And whatever political influence we do have they turn out to be stooges and puppets on strings.
  6. written by Justice Ajit Singh Bains Chairman of Punjab Human Rights Organization. www.canada.com/vancouversun/pdfs/KanishkaReport.doc -Operation Blue star-II. Covert operation implemented by Indian government to create confusion about the death of Sant Bhindranwale. Agents Jasbir Singh Rode and Lakhbir Singh Rode(nephews of Sant Bhindranwale) propogated this idea so that no alternative leadership emerges. -ISYF was setup under assistance by Government of India RAW agency. Main aim to hijack the Sikh militant movement, centralize leadership, control and occupy Sikh gurdwaras in western world, organize acts of terrorism(Air India bombing comes to mind) to discredit Sikhs and Khalistan movement. -CSIS had advanced knowledge of the plot, but didn't believe it was possible. While RAW instigated action, but gave discreet hints that timing of bomb should be kept in such a way that they go off when the planes were stationary. Babbar Khalsa activists were thinking big project will shake GOI, on the other hand ISYF and Indian Government agencies were also waiting for the success of the plan. Object from GOI was to discredit Sikhs as terrorists and to convince Western countries to take action against Sikh militants residing and operating from western countries. -Due to delay in take off bomb on Flight 182 exploded over Atlantic ocean killing 329 civilians. Second bomb went on schedule killing two baggage handlers. -RCMP was under pressure(by GOI) to proceed investigation only against BKI and not ISYF -CSIS and RAW both destroyed evidence to erase their involvement and/or inefficiency as tapes would also revealed their own agents working with BKI and ISYF who planned and executed this crime. -Talwinder Singh Parmar executed in custody to cover up their tracks.
  7. What happened is some real fauji Singhs went in there and took care business and sent pappi's gaddi straight on a one way ticket. Then you have internet critics who themselves aren't ready to put themselves on the front line critic them.
  8. Is that document for sure 100% real? The part about the "treachery" money that's being paid to these traitors was especially disturbing. Even the indian government is able to admit that these "Sikhs" are committing grave treachery against their community.
  9. That wasn't Baba Manochal. Considering he was one of the more prominent kardkhu's it's surprising the admin on this site can't identify him. No offense.
  10. And on the other hand you have many keshdhari/amritdhari Sikhs who are the biggest pakhandi's ever and only use Sikhi as opportunist use anything for gain. Atleast mone don't go around pretending, we are what we are at face value. My love for Sikhi is such that I can't commit myself fully because I know inside I still have issues to deal with.
  11. pakistan also leads the world according to google in dirty searches. http://itgrunts.com/2010/07/26/pervert-pak-pak-leads-world-in-search-for-sex-online/ I dont even like putting these words on a sikhi web forum but truth must be told. The report claims that Pakistan ranks the highest for porn searches per person across the world. This ranking report was extracted from Google search trends. Not just that the country also tops in search strings such as *edited - please see the above link*
  12. Thanks Singh, sorry to add to your trouble, but where exactly do they say what you said they say? So I take it you don't understand Punjabi? My Punjabi is also not 100% as I'm Canadian born but I will translate best I can for you. 6:35- "kay v@r ay jago raani busan de vich vee char jay" - "Some times this jago would get on buses" this is how I believe it can be translated out, then he goes on to say how this jago came to many people in anger. 7:40- they are talking about a DSP officer named gurbachan and they say "ap tan marna cee papi nay, tubar la kay bagyaa" "he is wanting to die, he takes his family and sits with them" then he sais how jago did saphi of his daughters and sons. "tiyan puttar sunay(don't know what this word means) wife de, jago ne karee safi" This is my rough translation, again punjabi is second language and I'm still learning it and it's difficult for me to type it out in english script. Interestingly, the new remake of this by jagowale doesn't include any of this.
  13. My take on Khalistan is that I support the general principle/idea. But I disapprove of how it morphed into something that got out of hand. Both sides commited atrocities, and it escalated to the point that entire families were getting killed by association. Ask does an entire police officer's family have to be wiped out because the father/husband was a high ranking officer? I'm all for the officer being sent on a one way for being a cruel man, but the family has commited no crime. Or on the other hand does an entire family of a khardku deserve to be killed? What about civilians on a bus getting killed for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Don't say these things didn't happen, because they did, and afterwards khardkus even sang about it. Listen to original jago ayeea where they boast about the jago(we all know what this means) doing saphi of families and getting on buses. Killing of civilians should be condoned, not praised. In a civil war the first thing you need is support of the populace, these kinds of instances drive people away. This is what it escalated into, a t1t for tat bloodbath. Another issue for the failure is every opportunist came out of the woodwork and saw the opportunity to profit and jumped at it. Be it criminal gangs that infiltrated the movement simply for their own personal gain. Or supposed fund raisers who simply pocketed the money. These are the reasons that drove people away. Don't get me wrong, there were alot of noble shaheeds who gave their lifes for the cause. But a bad shadow was casted over them over them by the action of a minority.
  14. canada de vich koi <banned word filter activated> mussalman ni panga lenda singhan de nal. uk de vich lagda hor koi sab katab chalda.
  15. why you posting links in here to that hindu site??? what is the problem? you trying to say people of jatt origin don't belong here and belong on that hindu site? lagda tusee sarde. did Guru Gobind Singh Ji not describe the origins of his sodhi clan in Dasam Granth Sahib? why must we be ashamed to be of jatt origin? we don't claim to be caste nor do we claim to be higher or lower than anyone else, only the misguided ignorant ones do. remember the sacrifices majhail jatt's have made for the panth, we are the backbone.
  16. Well I guess that would only apply if jatt was actually a caste. It is an ethnic tribe. Think of it like this..If a gora becomes a sikh, is that person no longer a gora? That person is a gora sikh. . Ones ethnicity/race doesn't change.
  17. The thing about not eating meat on a certain day(I think you guys said tuesday) is not a superstition but has something to do with that hindu mata diety. On that same day people who believe in her light some candles infront of her with some sort of ritual with oil, I didn't participate so I don't know anything about it other than that.
  18. I tried installing that hot shield but it didn't work and the rapidshare link that was posted the servers are overloaded. If anyone can re-upload to a better host, or can post a working proxy from UK that would be great. THank Sangat Ji.
  19. So mone aren't in Sikhi huh.. You never heard of Sahajdhari's? Some Amritdhari's automatically assume you become a Sikh once you keep the 5 K's and take amrit but inside their hearts they are kale, while I've met some mone who have pure pyar in their hearts and would be on the frontlines. The Singh's who sen't Poohla on a one way ticket, they weren't Sikhs? I found your decisiveness on who is Sikh and who isn't, frankly, amusing. Maybe a better and more legitimate question would be why they haven't taken amrit?
  20. here is some things that came out of THEIR mouths to get a better idea: "Bhindranwale is atvaad" "Bhindranwale would've killed a mona like you" "Bhindranwale picks names out of a hat to have them killed" "Bhindranwale keeps women with him and does haremi things at Harminder Sahib complex. " This kind of things can make someone's blood boil. They also have pictures of that hindu god matha right next to pictures of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Personally it hurts to see my close relatives with such an ideology.
