Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! welll..i have seen gursikhs dancing while deep into meditation or even kirtan...they're not exactly 'dancing' but basicly..moving their heads and hands n feet..but they dun get up n dance...they're really into the love of the guru until that happens...n the feeling is different..it has happened to me sometimes...n we can't control it..it just happens...i dunno y..but it does... my 2 cents..
