the simple answer is 'guru ji is always wit u n dun wory'

but can u do nethin to help urself

so u dun get negative thoughts in ur head

like most youth go to extreme n think theyre not loved by ne1 so y b here on this earth

y live a life where nobody cares if u exist

u live ur life tryin to please every1 but in return u get nuttin but stabs in the back

when u have a great friend such as guru sahib u have nothin to worry about ...

... u know what when i think abotu it now .. i use to get so annoyed when ppl use to say take amrit ... and sometimes force u ... guru vale bano ... etc... i use to be like why ... but now i understand the meaning but still not practising it......

... we need guru sahib in our lives... unlike myself we need to follow the teachings of what our father guru gobind singh has given us ... and if we do we wont be in this thinking stage or emotional/depressed stage ...

sadly i do not and i am usually in this stage and feel sometimes i dont have anyone...........

u know what i noticed, sometimes we feel as if we dont have neone... but u know there is usually a person there that we speak with and tell them that we feel we dont have neone... i've done this a few times, then realized after that this person who is listening to me is such an amazing person, cus they are sitting there and being with me, listening to me saying that i have no one....when in reality here is this person..... there for me... sometimes we get so sad with what we dont have that we sometimes forget what it is that we have. its right there infront of us and we dont respect it, so instead of trying to focus on what we dont have, look at the ones that are there... the ones that arn't well.... they just arnt worth it...

exactly!!!! if someone can't be tru friend to u then they are not worth crying over...i mean hey, if they forget u...forget them!!! simple as that! i heard this shabad once:

Mittar ghanheray kar thaki, mera dukh katai koay...
