beauty, intelligence, and the realization of reality;

to look impartially upon all, and to see only the One

daas just wanted to share one thing guru je taught him through bhai gurdas jes vaars

when u quotes fromt he shabad in midst of all and still detatched

it reminded of how bhais ahib uses the lotus as an examole of how we shud live

the lotus can grow in dirty water, an even while bing in this dirty water, it remains unafffected by the dirt

just like this we shud live in this world, not go in mountains, but still be detachhed

unaffected

and this reminds me of a question a singh asked a long time ago when i was smaller, but i didnt kno the answer

this vaar gave me the answer

the question was how can god be in us, if we ar full of paap, and he is so pure

just like the lotus can be in dirty water and still be clean

and that reminds me of another example of bhai sahibs

how a tree grows, and in the fruit is the seed

to me that cud mean that vaheguru, the tree, is crating all of us, and in each of his creations is his joth, his seed

bhai gurdas jes vaars are really helpful to understand things sometimes

we shud all take time to learn from them
