1. Islam is distorted, has been for ages. There are many different castes of Islam, they have different interpretations of the Koran. extremist Muslim preachers twist Islamic ideologies, brainwashing youth turning them agaisnt 'non believers'.

One extreme mullah was abu hamza here in the UK. I remember few years back someone secretly cam corded one of his speeches. abu hamza said quite a allot of 'shyt', 1 thing he said, I vaguely remember was that 'it was okay to steal from another, as long as theyr non believers.

2. I place my faith in almighty god, waheguru, akal purakh. No fear.

3. which version of the koran?

4.in the case of 'extreme' versions of islam, i.e wa.habi and sunni islam, then yeah, many more problems.

5.i wonder what osama bin ladens opinion of islamic nations (the ones who adopt their distorted extreme version of islam) opressing other faiths and cultures, past & present.

7. in his case Its all about the money.

if muslims wish to have there own state, with quran being leader, i cant object

as long as minority rights arnt taken away, which i think will happen in tha situation

if islaam wishes to make there own country, in the middle east, lik somewhere in meecca, let em

let them have quran as leader

like forcing everyone to do wat muslims do is wrong

4)i do not belive mixing religon and politics is a bad thing

if u do it properly, politics shud become a clean game

where all have love for everyone

but these dayz people dont care bout god

they use policis and religion as a mean to gain intrests for there own needs

if one can see god in all, then everything wud be alrihght in politics

if one is truly a religos person, then it is good to mix with religon with politics

if someone who doesnt really care bout religon trys to mix it with politics arguments wil break out

only people who are deluded int he dark thinking there religous but fight and fight will make thing worse

a tru relgious person, a tru servant of vahegur, wil not fight in politics, but rather resepct everyone

it wud be a good thing ten to mix religon and politics

5)osama bin ladens cause, parts of it, is justified

but his means of gettin freedom are horrible are wrong

if he wishes to have the middle east rid of american armies, i cannot object

y does america need to go and butt into middle east, stationing there troops there, attacking countries like iraq tha never had anythin to o with 9/11

iamerica wants the wealth of tha land region

it cares nothin for the people

i agree, if i was in tha position, i wud fight bak to get rid of them

6)compassion is esential

in sikhi there is the concept of saint soldier

one must be a sant as well as a soldier to defend truth, and fight agasint tyranny

one must show compassion to all beings

for god is in all, not some

or some special race like the isrealites

god is in all

in everthing he has created, he resides in

just like if there is a ttree

its fruits have the tree inside them

how does the fruit have the tree inside it?

the seed

god is like the tree

we are like the fruit

gods light is in us as well

just like there is the trees seed in its fruit

god is in everthing he has created

compassion to all lbeings is neccesary if one wishes to become one with god

i dunt kno much about president bush

but it seems like he has a real problem blaming people who had nothin to do with 9/11

9/11 had nothin to do with iraq

bush wants the oil

hes sending soldiers who cud be with there families overseas

hes putting soldiers in risk for nothin

hes killin inncoents in iraq

his war is not justified

even the un agreed on this

but he thought he knows more than all countires in world now

bush needs to think bout wat hes doin

8) i respect jesus chirst, buddha, mohaamaad, all as great saints

let everyone travel there own path

stop tryin to convert others, be like me, be like me

just travel ure own path until u find the truth compeltly, with no doubt

and keep on goin on tha

if someone wishes to practice there religon, let them

if u want to have discussion, go ahead, just dont argue and fight

mostly i can say tha i cant really say anythin bout jesus of nazerath

because he wrote nothin

no one knows wat he taught

everythin was written after his death

but from some of his storie, i can see he was a good hearted man

and a good person

in most sotries

buddha was a very good saint

an extreme bhagath, someone absorbed in medidtation

people think buddhism does not belive god

well, buddha did not belive in worshippin the devthai

buddha was a great soul

and the religon people follow today, buddhism, is a great religon of compassion

9)well if the defintion of tha is god is in everything, than sikhism wud be panthism

hinduism wud be tha also

god resides in everything

hinduism belive in brahm

i guess for tha wed have to read all religos scriptures,

Before anyone starts answering any questions one should step back and think - who is asking the questions, why is he asking these questions, why is he not giving his full name, what is the info to be used for.

We need to consider these questions FIRST before we all jump in feet first and start answering his questions.

Note - all questions relate to Islam, why? what has that got to do with this forum?

Please don't feel paranoid, they're just simple questions! Let me answer yours since.....

1. I would if it was a compulsory pre-requisite to join the forum for all users, and applied to all joiners based on some terms of equality! But as far as I can see NO ONE else is using their own name, social security code, address, phone no. etc...

2. To gain some opinion on how to deal with the risinng tide of narrow religious fundamentalism, (not that I'm implying all faiths are that way inclined)

Well, from what I understand in the media, some Sikh groups have joined forces with the BNP to stop forced conversions of 'infidels' true or not , can't say ?

My own personal take is that, any organisation that is based on exclusion or shunning is not a very good one. I don't know why you may (or may not ) have got an impression I was a BNP supporter ???
