some youth get together every monday at Smethwick gurdwara (the big one), high street, smethwick at 7.30 - 9pm and do simran, hall 5 usually

roseburry avenue gurdwara, east ham, east london does simran program at i think 5-6 on either saturday or sunday, maybe both, not sure.

Southall, west london, does it everyday from 4-5.

omg ilford, i live there!!! smethwick is really far, really up north. southall is about an hour or two from ilford, east ham is about 15-20 mins away.
