this line, i dont get it, arent we meant to get over kaam?

I HATE translations especially the common one that's around today. Sometimes he just came up with stuff on the spot or toally mutilated the real meanings.

These four things "dharam, arth, kaam, mokh" are called the "chaar padarath" and were commonly held to be the things humans want. Kaam here doesn't mean sex, it refers to kaamna ie. desire. So it means to fulfil all desires/wishes. Not sexual success.
