I know you havent because you didnt even know it existed. you thought you knew.

Im not argeuing Im telling someone who thought they knew something that they didnt know

Go listen to a lecture or two. they are I think 1-2 hours long and there is many.

Then go find other sites with the identical things and lectures

Waheguru ji do this then come and tell me all the research you have done!

and i never sed it didnt exist! im sayn that is nt what u HAVE to do it with it was an option out of many percussion instruments used in keertan...

peacee out!

Im just proving a point to tell you to make sure you know first before saying stuff like you did.

I do enough Ardas in a day already.

Ido for prakash, after morning Nitnem, reharaas, Sukh Asan, and then Kirtan Sohila.

One more would be just for kicks and wouldnt be real. Doing Ardas too much sometimes doesnt benefit unless they are said with full mind and soul. I see what you mean though.

Just keep up with your studies and youll be fine

I bow to the Shabad Guru d_oh.gif

I never said anyone HAS to play this style but it IS the traditional Sikh Tabla Jori. You said it wasnt, I cleared it up as saying it IS

I dont need to come back and tell you all my research.

You should go and cram as much as you can learn in your head. Dont worry about me Im always learning a new inst.

dude theres nothin more to it... singin keertan:

4 main ingredients:

tanti saaj,

good voice,

mind and soul into the shabad and mean the shabad,

beeing good musically

and p.s u can play all the instruments u want u might b good witth them or rubbish it doesn;t matter do it with your heart...

another thing ardas is not for kicks u shud mean the ardas rite we dont need to know how many times u do your ardas in a day, week month or year! it doesn't matter all that matters is waheguru that is your ansa 2 evrything in life!

what is the meaning of life = waheguru

daas im goin 2 stop going on now!

gur bar akaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal!

If I did Ardas for you it would be so I said I do it 4-5 times daily anyway. I can ask in one I do anyway but stopping what Im doing now would be.

Im not argueing Kirtan

Im saying you rolled on the ground over info not the Love of kirtan

Ill drop this issue because I see you know what I mean.

well sikh or not sikh, one can play kirtan to whatever instrument they want... if you want to play what the gurus played the fine, if not then fine, if you want a mix of the two fine...

Let's not get to heated about this blush.gif
