Question Regarding The Kirpan

This might be a dumb question, but is there any such law protecting or restricting Sikhs who wear a kirpan in the US?

The blade has to be 3 inches {if they got tech} I carry a 4 or sometimes a 6 inch blade. They dont check unless its huge.

You can wear it over your clothes or under. {I prefer to wear it on the outside so that people know that Im a Sikh and it seems to get them curious of why I where it and what it is or for. Also you dont see any muslims wearing a Kirpan and then they can distinguish that Im not a Muslim "but what is he then?" is their thought rather than thinking Im a Muslim.}

Walk around in a oakie redneck town and see what people do or how they treat you when you are percieved as a muslim. When they know Im a Sikh they treat me with respect because they know I have zero to do with terrorists.

You should laugh at society and not how I deal with it.

You sound very niave and blind to the reality of things. Muslims do have a lot to do with terrorism, but dont spin that into hatred towards the entire Muslim community. Muslims (more laid back ones) will also admit that their is a serious problem in the Muslim world.
