Jugding from the title of your post and the fact admin deleted your message, without knowing what you asked, I'd venture to guess that the answer to the question: "Is.....?" is probably NO. Whatever you asked, it's probably not right, not acceptable, not allowed, don't do it, avoid at all costs

then he could make a new account its soo easy, u need a proper email address but you can hide it so noone sees it. or you can always make a new email account i guess. plus i did say i would keep his/her identity confidential.......
