does anyone know where i can find the notation to the shabad, too mayraa pitaa too hai mayraa maataa?

I've been searching all over the internet and cannot find it...please help me...thank you!

in guru granth sahib ang-1138 taal- tintaal

sur-sa=s,re=komal,ga=g,ma=m,pa=p,da=komal,ni-n,sa-s
