agreed. Can some please put the timetable from SANT Harnam Singh Ji's book?

Program Time

Taking bath and nit nem (done personal) 2.00 am to 3.45am

Banafsha (herbal mixture) 3.45am to 4.00am

Installation of Dhan Guru Granth Sahib ji 4.00am to 4.15am

Naam Practicing (in groups) 4.15am to 5.15am

Kirtan Aasa Di // 5.15am to 7.15am

Explanation of Holy order and ardas 7.15am to 8.15am

Breakfast and rest 8.15am to 10.00am

Path Sukhmani Sahib (In groups) 10.00am to 11.15am

Explanation of vars of Bhai Gurdaas ji 11.15am to 12.00am

Lunch and rest 12.30pm to 3.30pm

Herbal Mixtures (Banafsha) 3.30pm to 4.00pm

Naam Recitation (jointly) 4.00pm to 5.00pm

Kirtan 5.00pm to 7.00pm

So Dar, Arti, Ardaas (evening Nit nem) 7.00pm to 7.45pm

Sukh Aason of Dhan Guru Granth Sahib ji 7.45pm to 8.00pm

Langar (dinner) 8.00pm to 9.00pm

Individual Nam recitation (on Beds) 9.00pm to 9.30pm

Also there is a similar Camp that goes on in the UK, can k_z give us more details.

A similar camp ''KAMAI CAMP'' happens twice a month at

guru tegh bahadur gurdvara liecester

There are 2 seperate camps. . . one for the singhs and one for the bibia.

There is actually one starting tonight (bibia camp)

Below is a general timetable for the singhs camp (may have slight changes now)

yeh i wud be good if sum1 cud. . . i think instead of posting all the timetables it wud be better however if we actually joined together and atteneded these and made a change to our own jeevan (me included as things ent looking that good at the mo) . . . i think at this moment in time more paat is required and naam abhiyaas is a must for myself and all, as the panth is in a very bad state.

naam abhyaas 2am to 6am

nitnem panj banyaan 6am to 7am

Darshan dedare (Hukam naama) 7am to 7.30 am

guru ka langar(light) 7.30 am to 8.00am

kirtan 7.30 am to 12.30 pm

guru ka langar 12.30 pm to 1.30pm

rest 1.30 to 3.30 pm

in evening

kirtan and sodar di choaki 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm

guru ka langar(as per need) / Naam Simran at Bed 7.30 pm to 8.30pm

Naam Simran 8.30 pm to 9.00 pm
