and keep Sachche Paatshah Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji in mind

" so satgur pyara merey naal hey

jithe kithe mainu laye hey chhadaee || "

" charan sharan gur aek penda jaye chal

satgur kot penda aagey hoye laet hae || "

those who help disabled person,

to come on wheel chair upto the darshan, move, get off the chair, matha tek,

again sit on the chair, move towards the place where he/she can sit on floor,

again move, get off the chair and sit there till his/her wish,

shall nobody but the wish of Sachche Paatshah Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji.

if everybody keep this in mind there will be no harsh feelings, no hurts, but only love for Sachche Paatshah Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji will prevail every where

and offcourse as we all know sikhi is the only religion with the total equality amongst every form of possible partialities.

I think the best way would be to allow the access upto outside of room where maharaj is there and from there that person could be carried inside by his attendants/sevadars.

Even at home those persons do not remain sitting on wheel chairs - they are transferred to their beds somehow - Please dont treat this harsh - just my comments on the issue.
