actually Dancing warrior, the takht was not as Guru Ji built it. Guru Ji constructed Akal Takht with only one storey. Maharaja Ranjit Singh who added another 2 storeys to it. Also the parikrama at the time when Guru Ji built it was not the parikrama we have today. Many buildings have been altered but the main thing is that they are used for the purpose for which they were built.

Its good the old paintings were removed as they were made during Ranjt Singh's time,and had major flaws and a lot of Hindu Influence in them,secondly it was the Sarkari Thakt which was torn down that Pakhandi Nang Santa was hired by the govt to rebuild it,Sikhs did not acceot this so tore it down,thats why you see so many Niddar nangs getting all heated up over the issue.

I suppose removing idols from Sri Darbar Sahib was wrong also and the work of "militant sikhs".

Man, i swear this devi devte worshippers in Sikhi saroop are the ones tarnishing the sikh image.
