Sikh Lobby & Candlelit Vigil - Houses Of Parliament, London

Recommended Posts

Slight change of times for the Sikh Lobby and Candlelit Vigil on Tuesday 30 October 2007 at the Houses of Parliament

The meeting organised by the All Party Parliamentary Group for UK Sikhs taking place in Committee Room 18 will be between 11.30am-1.30pm.

This will be followed by a lobby in the Central Lobby of the Houses of Parliament between 1.30-3.30pm where Sikh delegations can meet with other local MPs.

The day will end with a candlelit vigil opposite the Houses of Parliament from 3.30-7.30pm.

This will be reflected in the revised advert coming out later this week.

Where appropriate please let MPs you have contacted know of the slight changes to the timetable for the day

Note: Please aim to arrive at the St. Stephen’s entrance of the Houses of Parliament for 11am.

Other posts, including the 'Standard letter' and Calendar entry on www.sikhsangat.com have all been updated with the revised times.

Will bring all the MPs that have been confirmed as contacted together in one post so you can check if your MP still needs to be chased. Even if your MP is shown and someone else has written to the MP you may still also wish to email, fax, write or telephone as it keeps up pressure on MPs.
