i know here in the US we r lucky to afford btter cameras but for our brothers in india that camera is good.. 640 x 480 is not a bad resolution!

i would never spend more than 250 bucks on any digi cam.. The one that i have in mind is the slr digital camera with 6 mp and it goes for 900 bucks.. but then again for common use 180 bucks 3.2 sonny dig camera can work awesome and save a bunch!

Also go to Ebay.com for cheap used/factory sale digi cameras..

if you are wanting to print these pictures out, that is not the way to go. You need atleast a 3Mega pixel camera to get a good quality picture for printing.

So if you want a printing quality foto, then i'd suggest you get atleast a 3 mega pixel cameral. A 2 mega pixel will sufice but for more finer details 3Mega pixel would be appropriate.
