Actually thast the best natural insulation you can use, it repels household and other insects. It keeps the inside hot or cold depending on the outside temperature, and given time, hardens like cement. And when it gets old you can just through it away as its biodegradable... good for people, money, and environment.. :D

Ops.. almost forgot yes, cow dung is also anti-bacterial...

Actually i have a friend (2nd generation born and raised in us), and there whole family has old panjabi names, and yes, his name is Makhan Singh and his brothers, Dharam Singh...
