How do I get it to be square and my ears covered, like Sant Ji's one. I can get it to that square round type but without my ears covered. HELP! I wanna wear it to school.

u have to do ur joora further back. start by covering the one ear then make a huge curve over your forehead

I think that will be the best way, on a side note, what is the best method for starting off a gol dastar, is it knot or the where you leave the the first larr under chin, or other?

for gol datsar----- the way i do it--

over ur keski---

* get the end bit of the material and put it over ur whole keski

this is ur dastar material by a birds eye view >>> ur head<<<<

-------------------------->>>> this way over ur head.

*then with ur right hand fold the overlapping larr inside behind ur chin.

*then go from there....

i take the end of my dastaar and tie it over my whole head liek a bandana and cover my ears with it, that way the top of my dastaar is covered and i dont have to deal with taht part later. hold it tight from teh back and wrap the rest of the material around.
