Just to share a personal experience.

i stopped posting for a few days as a result of an alarming level of anger and ego that had developed in me as a result of not doing nitnem for 2 weeks :D

Here is the Hukamnama i took which made me stop posting for those few days :

asattapadhee ||

maanukh kee ttaek brithhee sabh jaan ||

dhaevan ko eaekai bhagavaan ||

jis kai dheeai rehai aghaae ||

bahur n thrisanaa laagai aae ||

Ashtapadee:

Reliance on mortals is in vain - know this well.

The Great Giver is the One Lord God.

By His gifts, we are satisfied,

and we suffer from thirst no longer.

The One Lord Himself destroys and also preserves.

Nothing at all is in the hands of mortal beings.

Understanding His Order, there is peace.

So take His Name, and wear it as your necklace.

Remember, remember, remember God in meditation.

O Nanak, no obstacle shall stand in your way. ||1||

interesting shabads, But I dont know why the first shabad stopped you from posting... and also I dont know why you stopped doing nitneem for 2 weeks, missing one time in morning or nite once a while can made up.. but why miss 2 weeks

I agree the random shabad/quote sometimes is very personal... Now just like the shabad Gurjeet Jee posted, about the thunder and lightning.. its like that type of weather in my place. But I dont think that might be anything related.

Thinking and thinking.. I cannot understand the bani, I have come to the conclusion bani can only be understood by His Grace.

Here is my two cents, Waheguru Jee Bhul Chuk maaf karna

Here If im correct, Waheguru jee bhul chuk maaf karna, I understand that the person was first born in the world, and slowly slowly it learnt to move. Also, Here it is compared to the cart (example : a bullock cart)

In the next line it tells us that it is later driven by the stick. The animal moves the cart when it is hit by the stick. In the case of the body, It is also moved by the stick. But what is the stick here????
