waheguroo every one goes through this once in a while lol best thing is throughout the day do exercise, drink plenty of water, and get a good sleep routine. Bhai Rama Singh used to say that if you can get a pakka amritvela for about 2 to 4 months without missing it lol, your internal clock adjusts to it and you eventtually wont feel tired but has to be very consitant. Also drink pani and do an extra bani(s) before you do kirtan sohila and an ardas before you go sleep is a MUST and ask guroo ji just to make you strong enough to wake up at amritvela to do ishnaan, naam jap, and nitnem etc. Sing shabads like

Kabeer, what are you doing sleeping? Why not rise up and meditate on the Lord?

Giani Thakur Singh Jee says in their katha that doing jaap of Gayetri Mantar (Gobindhai mukandai udhaarai apaarai...etc) helps to get rid of laziness (sustee).

maybe try doing a maalaa every morning b4 nitnem. goodluck

Say Vaheguroo after every mantar is finished and continue like this.

You got to believe in it for it to work, if you have doubts 'o will this really work?', then you will remain stuck in the position you currently are in.
