Harmandir Sahib is leading as of now, so, lets not miss the first spot

& also try to get Anandpur Sahib in the top 3.

i rmember listening to a recording of Giani Maan Singh Jhaur, whereby he tells of a poem by Allah Yaar Khan Yogi. Yogi writes that "if you wish to see a wonder of india, go to chamkaur and see the small barn where a father watched his sons die for dharma..."

nowadays sikhs jus thinlk of taj mahal as the wonder of india, missing the true wonder of india. That quote by Jhaur has always stuck in my mind.

Khan was denied burial in the believers graveyard on his death and instead was buried out side of the graveyard as he had been declared a non-muslim for his poetry on Guru Gobind Singh. He was told if he apologised for praising a "kafir" he would be accepted into the ummah. He absolulety refused saying he feared God's wrath more than the Ummah's.

NDTV is the most anti sikh tv channel I have ever seen.( Even Zee TV is much better) It is all hindi speaking(up/bihar) belt people while rule in this channel. It will be first to report any incident on sikhs getting bash up in any part of world. But last or rather no report on any pro sikh news its fesitvals or 300 year celebartaion etc. This way it try to influence young minds that being in sikh image is wrong

Now on 7 wonders. I wonder if some one heard to include Vatican , Mecca or jesuluam to be in included in 7 wonders at world level or even at local country level? The answer is "NO" . A religious place is not a tourist place. That place have a purpose. Not that I am saying we should ban "cameras" or" arms folded new wed couple in harminder shahib"( Lest people put label of taliban on me). But at least minimum respect of the place and meaning should be well understood for a visit or mention in news.
