It was good what happened to those pakandis but at the same time we have to look why they have a "guru" ravisdass sabha in the first place. Why are do they feel not accepted in the mainstream.

But maybe thats for the long term.

Caste is a reality in the panth. But we have a choice (especially in the west) to perpetuate it (this means continue for those that don't read enough...lol).

Should we continue as is the norm right now or do someting different? Please share your views on this matter.

ofcourse not! caste system should be made illegal. at the very least it should be rejected by fair minded people.

Sarpanch, your contribution is a bit myopic. It fails to address why large sections of Panjabis end up at various deras.

This supremacy and exclusion thing has gone on enough now! Jatts need to reflect and not turn their back on their other brothers. This goes the same for any other bewakoofs who think they are cut from a better cloth than other brothers /sisters.

Failing to do this could seriously damage us.
