Uch Da Peer-- A False Sakhi!

Recommended Posts

but what you are saying does NOT DISPROVE that Guru Ji became Uch Da Peer either.

funny to think, that you, one person is right in world, and the rest of the sikh community of the world who belive this sakhi are wrong. the Gurdwara that was raised there shortly afterwards is probably a fake gurdwara aswel - right?

Its down to belief!!! If you believe in the parting of the red sea it happened if you believe it was an illusion then its an illiussion ...

Ps if you think that the story shows Guru Ji in a bad light ( that they were afraid and had to escape in the night ) then i am affraid that you are wrong

(a) Guru ji had to follow the Hukam of the Panj Payare

(b) While they were leaving they shouted that they were escaping stop(capture) Guru Ji if you can... so they openly challanged them. In addittion the story also states taht they went bare foot so that there shoes would not touch the heads and kesh of their sikhs .. showing the upmost nature and character ... which noone has and no one can match

Believe what you will. However you state that just because it was written down in a old book dose not make it true .... welll what makes the Storys of Chamkur and Guru Arjan Dev Ji's Saheedi the Saheedi and story of Baba Deep singh whom swang a 17 Kg Khanda in one hand and their head in the other.. True there were no pictures just written down by schollars past down by mouth ..... if you start thinking which one is true then you can cast doubt about your entire history.

As Winston Churchill Said to distroy a nation attack its culture language and distroy its history. ( Feels like this is already 2 thirds there)
