Dear sadhsangat ji, I would like to understand the difference between Nindya and discussing ones actions. As per Khalsa Rehat by Guru Gobind Singh ji had mentioned that “Khalsa soi jo ninda tayage”. So what is considered Nindya?

Ninda means slandering others. In some cases even slandering the wrongful actions of others (which is truth) is also ninda if our intention is wrong. I've learner from the video of Gurmeet Singh Veerji that if we can't speak on the face of some people (about their bad actions) then speaking behind their back (even if it's truth) is ninda. I've just watched this. Sadhguru is saying they are stopping people from getting Enlightenment so that people can fulfil their destiny. I thought that was the purpose of life. Does anyone have any comments on this?
