Can someone tell me the dates this year for when Baba Thakur Singh Ji's Barsi is going to be? I know it's normally on the 24th December, is that going to be the same this year? And where is it going to be held?

22nd-24th December 2009 at Guru Nanak Gurdwara, Walsall Road, Willenhall.

The barsi is from 22nd - 24th december, Guru Gobind Singh Jee Maharaj Jees Gurpurbh falls on these dates also, hence the main programme will be on guru sahib jee. Sri Dasm Granth Sahib Jee Sehaj Paat Bhog will be Held at the Barsi also in celebration of Guru Gobind Singh Jee Maharaaj's Avtaarpurbh.

The location is not officially confirmed at the moment, there are a few Gurdvara Sahibs that want the barsi this year, shortly a decision shall be made.

Im not quite sure, i think G. Kaur came from abroad last year, it may be best to pm here regarding this. Bhai Jasdev Singh (Baba Deep Singh Gatka Akhara) usually comes every year, its best to liase with him aswell.

Manchester and Heathtow are 1 hr 30mins - 2 hrs away. Gatwick is abit of a mission and if your lucky u can try and get a flight into birmingham.

yeah me and jasdev singh are very close im with him like everyday.... but the thing is he might go to india either before or after so i thought i might come myself or somthing i wias suppose to come last year but couldn't... but yeah thanks

Go to Birmingham airport, and I think the Gurdwara in Willenhall is about 30-45 minutes from the airport.
