Need Help Asap

i am trying to send word document (.docx) but the recipient says it is incompatible with his system and i need to resend as word document. The file i attach in email as .docx prints out unreadable text when he prints it. How do i send it that he can print it the way it reads on my computer? I am using office 2007 and have to paste in email for now. Please help. thanks.

lol , try saving it as Office 2003 Document. . Go to "Save As" select the third option of "Word 97-2003 Document" .

Else if you have a PDF add-on for Office 2007 try making a PDF and send it to him .

Save As gives you an option which allows you to select saving as a 1997-2003 version which you can attach which ought to be compatible .

You could also donwload a compatibility pack that will convert office 2007 files for a user who has office 2003. You can download it from
