Protein Shakes!

Hello,i was wondering if the sangat could help me find some protein shakes to take,whey protein preferably.

Ive herd that most protein shakes have egg in. There are alot of sikhs who train that obviously dont eat egg,so which protein shakes do you guys take?

haha.. i dont traaain, well used to a bit but i need protein huna, its from holland and barrets iyts called like soya isolate or something comes in chocolate or stawberry!!!

ermm the one i take is called body supreme pure whey protein chocolate i read the ingredients like 100 times before buying just to make sure lol

got mine from asda 1kg for i think it was £17. Stay away from the strawberry ones though, most of them contain cochineal (those crushed beetles or something :S lol)
