Sources of truth aren't limited to certain people of certain backgrounds. So if someone can make statements that can be verified and backed up, in this day and age of complete lies, spin and dishonest politics, I couldn't care a toss if they are wearing a coco the clown outfit with a big red nose and oversized pants to boot. Hell, if someone can give me facts and make me laugh at the same time, then kudos to them.

And these statements have been verified and backed up? Stewarts goal is to entertain, not inform. Why do you assume that comedians give you facts that have been backed up? Thats absurd. Even news agencies don't always do that....
