How Do Us Sikhs Feel About Republicans?

America has global influence, both good and bad. If evil men get power their, it can spell serious trouble. So we are sometimes forced to take an interest in US politics.

In this context I was wondering what US Sikhs attitudes towards the Republican party is? You know, the tea party crew. Also what do you make of Fox News?

Sikhs do take keen interest in Americam politics as we , like other americans,consider USA as our own. Dalip singh saundh was the first Asian to be elected to US house of representatives in 1954.

I've been watching Jon Stewart lately and I can't believe what I'm seeing!

Some of those people seem like borderline nazis.

The way Fox (which seems to be their main mouthpiece) made so much noise about that Ground Jero Mosque when one of their biggest shareholder was a principle Arab behind it was astonishing.

Plus the way they are trying to derail every little initiative of the Obama administration regardless of its merits is plain obstructionalist. They seem very narrow minded and ignorant not patriotic. It just takes janwaars like that to get in power and its unnecessary wars and pseudo-imperialism all around.

President Obama is a down to earth man.He has done a great job for american people by passing

health care reforms.He is intelligent, caring as a person and patriotic.

Many right wingers propagate against him and attack his personal beliefs.Rush Limbaug is one of them

who calls him Imam.But people know they lie. Most Americans are very good.Had it been not so Obama

would not have won the election.
