Wanna Take Amrit But Incapable

I wanna take amrit that's why b4 taking amrit i m practicing to wake-up at amritwela and do nitename but due to studies and do to health i m unable to wake-up regularly.

The day i wake-up early i feel sleepy in collage. Also as i get tired in cllg, i m unable to wake-up at amritwela regularly as i feel tiredness my eyes doesn't get open early.

Plz give advice.........

You need to fix your schedule, and since you're studying waking up at amritwela should be helpful if your schedule is appropriate.

Just sleep as early as you can do your nitnem, the rest (or most) of your time should be spent studying. The key is just sleeping early. At first you will have to start sleeping very early so your body automatically starts waking up at the time you want to (amritvela time). Slowly your cycle will change and can sleep a little later. You need 7-8 hours of sleep to be efficient throughout the day, 6 hours minimum.

actually, if you want to get all technical, you only really need 4 hrs ish of sleep. rest is just us bein lazy

i'd say take amrit.. dont delay it. Dont worry too much bout being all perfect before taking amrit. Maharaj will make u perfect. Amrit is a blessing, dont delay ur blessings. Amritwela will come with guru sahibs kirpa. Start by reading bani, doing ur nitnem regurlarly, do sincere ardass with love, do sewa with love and compassion, be passionate bout sikhi. Love maharaj and think of him being with u all the time. he is Sada Ang Sang, we just have to start feeling it. Just do ardass to guru sahib to bless u with amrit and amritwela. Its all in his handz bro
