Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

I am in India, and I felt this is important to share with the sangat. :(

well i went to my dads pind, yeh, and all of the villagers are now hard core sirsa wale premis.

its not just in one pind, in all the pinds ive been to. my mums pind/dads pind/dads school area/ mums school area/ grandads pind/ nans pind.

all are not sirse wala, but they have hardcore hindu-sikh relations...

they go mandair more often than gurdwara... :(

and the pind gurdwareh are abandoned... rats... etc in them :o :'(

and if any brother/sister lives in panjab/india. u may have noticed the dusshera posters around?? with sabat sooart singh sardars VIPs to mandir events.

hare-krishna events... :o

ill take sum pics and upload asap.

but on the plus side, i have seen 1-2 singhs with sant jees stickers on motorcycle/car.

what can we do 2 stop hindusikhs?

wjkk wjkf

It is the government's job to stir trouble between 2 communities. As long as Hindus and Sikhs live in harmony and no one interferes in each other's religious/community affairs, there is no harm in living with Hindus in peace, whether you are in Punjab or any other part of India or of the world. Instead of finding out ways of how to break people from each other, how about find a way to enjoin both Sikhs and Hindus with Gurbani? Yes it is wrong to worship deities when you are a Sikh, yes it is wrong to have marital relations with non-Sikhs, but please tell me how is it wrong to have friendly relations with those who are non-Sikhs?

I guess it all depends on where you go in Punjab. I went to Ahmedgarh area and I didnt see this happening. The villagers might not be totally into Sikhi but I only saw a few Mandirs in that Area compared to multiple Gurdwaras. And I can safely say I saw about more than 20 cars my whole trip with Sant Ji's Pics on them.

Alot of Sikhs do go to Mandirs etc but I think its mostly common in City areas or areas with a large Hindu population.

And I think its something to be expected when people mix Religion with Culture. There are many Sikhs that go to Hindu Mandirs and many Sikhs that go to Dargah's and believe in Superstition. But I think this problem is not only with Sikhs, many Muslims and Hindus in Punjab are pretty confused about their ideals etc as well. I saw many Proper Sikhs but I didnt see any Proper Hindus or Proper Muslims.

I went to Punjab for 2 1/2 months over the summer. I was always happy to see an amridhari sikh, however, there are so many dera followers it is ridiculous.

Left and right you see a premi, even some people in my family believe them. I got in a heated argument with them, it's clear they're all brainwashed and have no idea what they even follow.
