Age People Should Get Married At

What age do you think is the perfect age to get married?

How come in the past people used to get married at a young age, but these days people get married older. Has the maturity changed?

My life would be so much easier if I never have to get married! (I'm in my mid twentys and am terrified at the prospect of marriage and the wedding day.)

But I think any age under around 35 would be good because of children etc.

If one got married later than that having had tried to marry someone then so be it, it's gods hukam and there is nothing wrong with gods hukam.

I'd say it depends on the maturity level of the person involved. Sadly Punjabi society does not function on maturity levels (:D), so your guess is as good as mine.

Mid-to-late 20s seems to be the norm these days - thats only because prospective guys and girls have managed to push the threshold to that level. If it was solely your parents decision, I reckon most us would be married by the age of 21..:lol:
