Rochak veer, Go on that site and Register and you will get 100mb webspace. You can upload ur files there and then put the link to the file in ur posts.

That web site allows u to zip the files and once they are uploaded the file is automatically unzipped saving u uploading time.

The downside is that there is no FTP access, have to upload the files through their webbased ftp.
