I'm not sure how far back you are allowed to go on this but I remember I got a petition about these people not too long ago. Why would akj support this guy? I doubt it was an akj kirtan if this guy ran the program that is just wrong. They probably just did the style.

Who wrote that petition? Where in the world does it discreetly say meat "is a big sin, it is like committing murder". Apparently it's corrupting people too? Riiight.

Who is Bhindranwale as a legit source? Where's this cited from? Does nobody question anything anymore?

Boycott a camp over meat...that's a great way to keep your younger brothers and sisters from learning what aspects of Sikhi you feel are "right" then. I've never heard of a camp forcing kids to eat meat or anything. Good job.

the issue has NOT been resolved and it is still going on @ the camps... but no one is forced to eat Meat, and both options are avaliable. Meat was served only once this past summer at this camp. It was subway...
