Yes it is. It's the most dangerous form of terrorism because they are bureaucratic slugs and have diplomatic power.

True, the situation with Sikhs & minorities in India is far more worse than it was of Kashmiri Pandits/Brahmins during the time of Aurangzeb.

Aurangzeb was forcing Brahmins Kashmiri Pandits and other non-Sunni's to accept and convert to Sunni-Islam, so pshychologically in a way, he was accpeting there is another identity / religion which is non-Islam and need to be converted to Islam rather than putting "Indian Hindus/Brahmins" under such a category such as "XYZ Muslims" i.e. a prefix XYZ before the word "Muslim" to identify them as Muslims but as a seperate category to identify them as XYZ muslim, but steal away their unique identity of Hindus/Brahmins/Kshyatrias etc. from them. Very similar to "Keshdhari Hindus" what Sikhs are referred to when giving rights to Sikhs. Think pshycologically, the current Hindu rulers are more cruel and barbaric than Aurangzeb. Brahmins and writers of Indian Constitution) have implictly and silently converted everybody to Hinduism (without any bloodshed).

They have implicitly and forcibly converted Sikhs/Buddhists/Jains/Shudhras etc. all to Hinduism by declaring them as Hindus in their written Consitution not agreeable and acceptable to anybody. This is no less cruel than what Aurangzeb was trying to do, his cruelity was seen openly as it used to result in bloodshed, the current Hindu rulers cruelty is hidden curelty which shows it's real faces every 5-10 years when genocide such as 1984/Babari Masjid/Godhra are openly declared by Hindu rulers.

Like people have said the problem is that these savages wield political power and they are already in charge of many Indian states e.g. Gujarat. We have already seen their fascist government in power in India once and now it looks like it is set to return.
