Youtube Video Shooting Prediction?

How did this person know about the shooting before it happened (video was uploaded on 7th July)? People are saying he changed the title of the video but if you look on his youtube channel, his latest activity was yesterday (4th August, which was before the shooting)?

I think this needs to be reported to the police/FBI

The video doesn't really matter. The words in the title of the video are the 'prediction'. And the video was uploaded on the 7th of July. People are saying it was some random video (maybe even called 'because it's good') and that he merely changed the title of the video (which is apparently doable) to make it look like he predicted it. But if you look at the date of latest activity on the actual username channel, it is 4th August). So either way, this person knew of the upcoming attack on the gurdwara.

Unless there is a way to change titles of videos and not let it affect the latest activity date on your youtube channel?

This is extremely serious. I am not the only one saying this. Look at the comments on the youtube video. Some other people are also convinced this guy must be affiliated with the shooter.

How do we report this to the authorities?

Maybe a sikh sangat member in the US can forward this to the FBI?

i just edited a tittle of my video and the lastest activity is shows on my account is Aug 3.

Its just the youtube error.
