Political Party for Sikhs

I was wondering a while back why we didnt have a political party.

United Kingdoms been good to Sikhs since we all came here. We have our basic human rights and usually get treated fairly/equally(i talking generally, i know people do still have problems here and there but thats usually down to individuals and not the system in place). its good compared to state of other countries.

Also Sikhs themselves have done well to grow their community and become quite successful in things like Business, Education, Medicine etc. As a community though we have been quite passive in Politics, even though Politics affects us all through Legislation and decistions made. So yeah I think Brit Sikhs need to be more active in Politics and continue to contribute in a postive way aswell as making sure our voice is heard.
