Does an animal feel any pain in jhatka as muslims claim? The medical perspective would be good.

Muslims and Science- expect to hear bunk you can give them crystal clear 100% approved science and if it contradicts islam they won't believe it (just like proof circumcision is a bad choice). They think after killing the animal with jhatka the animal moves about, it's soul is trapped in the body (as if they believe animals have souls), the blood of the animal rushes down into the heart and gives the animal a death of something like a heart attack (utter rubbish- they say this because mullahs do with no proof whatsoever). For them by not bleeding the animal to death alot blood remains in the body and muscles of the animals like halal tradition teaches. So Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala sent down his nabi with direct instructions to man kind to kill the animals in the proper halal permissible way.

An animal is bound to feel pain with jhatka but it will feel more pain if you do the halal method, one muslim I talked to disagreed because they said the main artery is cut in the neck so all feeling goes (what a fool didn't know the difference between a blood vessel and a nerve), it will feel more pain when being bleed to death. Or maybe allah sends his djinns and the animals soul is gone but is just moving around randomly without a soul for meat.

can u elaborate a bit more. Halal uses exsanguination doesn't it? Think thats what it is called. Wouldn't all the blood bleed out quickly in jhatka anyway?

In the halal slaughter the animal is also hung upside down when bleed to death. When you eat the meat you will find the usual veins and arteries still have bits of blood within it, but even still abit of cooked blood ain't too bad you will end up eating that with meat, blood contains iron, nutrients and all.

this is standard british slaughter using a stun gun

Nice video (under the circumstances) but heres a good take on the matter by a vegetarian. I remember going onto a F.B. page titled F.A.T.E.H, Finding Alternatives To Eating Halal, and seeing a muslim lose a debate and than argue that everyone in the world is a muslim because all food made by Allah is Halal. How does vegetarianism work with them, are there halal vegetables which they conceive to be tortured to death? By the way they go on about it, you would think so.

Ok this killed it, so we can move on plus the study muslims quote by Flavell itself has it's downsides as Flavell himself confessed.

When the Khalsa hunted were there any bylaws. For example if the animal is not killed but suffering it had to be dispatched immediately? How to cook the meat? How long the animal could be kept before consuming etc. Plus are there any historic pictures of the Gurus' hunting? And did we have a restriction on what really could be hunted and why?
