Funny I saw this before anyone replies and also questioned the legitimacy of the source. Dal Khalsa don't really have credibility in the panth nor as news outlets.

If it did happen this is sad and not hard to believe. RAW would find it very easy to pay off Nigerian "students" who have nothing to wreck havoc in Punjab to exploit the situation for their own gains.
