Arya samaj was on the scene much before 1920s/1930s. While there may be a few conversion of jats here and there,

Jats are staunch Hindus.

Hindu Jats are mostly concentrated in rajasthan where they may be more in numbers than rajputs followed by Haryana

and Western UP.Chaudhari Charan singh, their leader from western UP was a rabid anti sikh figure who quite a few

times passed anti sikh remarks openly.

The Arya Samaj itself was very anti Sikh group. Nearly all the opposition of the Punjabi/North Indian Hindus is the legacy of Arya Samaj influence over them. If only Dyanand Saraswati had stayed in Gujarat instead of coming to North India and poisoning the minds of the Hindus there.
