Some good points made here.

I was going to say to stay a little calm, but you've already addressed your own awareness of krodh.

Being aware, accepting and then trying to address is the core of our personal battles sometimes.

In gurbani quite often is the praise of har har or ram ram, but as well as going from darkness to light, Waheguru is also saying har har and ram ram as well.

I heard that people would often ask whether to say har or ram..

As per Bhai Gurdas ji vaar, the ''He'' is for Har, and ''Ru'' is for Ram.

....so you get both in there as well 'Gu'' for gobind.
