Weird Voicemail

Not sikhi related sorry, tried looking online no luck.

Received a voicemail from family members phone few minutes before missed call. Number is theirs 100%, as it's says before the recorded message, but nobody had access to the phone, certain about this. A young man saying hello few times. Weird. Do calls get sent to wrong voicemails on mobiles, or mixed up, that's only thing can think it's network error right? But how.

hehe its okay didi...udda b main dekhya agge kedha ithe sikhi di gal leke aunda va koi....fe ki janda ye tusi puch lya....and yeah it has also happened with me... there can be two errors first is server or technical error and second error is when sender does not know how to send voice messages or mails.. sometimes he/she gets confused nd does not know his/her voice is being recorded and sent. automatically .. so its not a big thing... its normal
