no they don't. supposed caste superiority/mindset brings divisions.
Chatanga is right, problem always has been with human tendency of superiority complex in mind part of krodh, moh, ahankar, jeaoulsly insecurity irthka, dvaish (partiality) package one's egoic mindset, not with the caste names (in this case). Even if we ban caste names to address superiority mindset it will be replaced with some thing else (Oh wait a minute its already been replaced by group, group politics, community, language decisive politics, hostility among themselves due to difference of opnions etc). Again nothing wrong with groups, root problem always been the mindset.
