I recently had a death in my family, the individual was a manmukh (ie not amritdhari), however they had a child that was amritdhari and grandchildren that are amritdhari. Has any saint or guru sahib said what happens to such an individual after they die? they must of had good karams to have children and grand children that became amritdhari?

Also how many days does it take to get to dharam raja after one dies?

Depend what he was thinking at his last moment or breath or what he was going through I heard if you remember Guru nanak Dev ji or just imagine his picture or say dhan guru nanak tu he nirankar

You will get away from Cycle of born and death told by baba nand Singh ji but I belive if you don't become guru wala no one can save you
